There was always this wow factor when walking into a Blueprint display. The sale consultant we dealt with Luke was informative and not pushy, slight hiccup during the initial period but they were very professional in their approach to customer service and helped us both find a middle ground. The construction was fast, comparing to what was happening to other lots around us by other builders.
We had a rotation of 2 site supervisors, but they were both helpful and attended to our queries and found issues promptly. Similarly, we had a rotation of 2 construction liaisons, both were fantastic. We felt we were kept in the loop and often received updates on our build, even during the null periods of no action on site – appreciated that. Happy with the handover home so far, and fingers crossed nothing major pops up in the days to come. Would be happy and willing to build with Blueprint Homes again.””
