Can you help me with finance for my home loan?

Yes. our finance team, InReach Finance, specialise in construction loans for first home buyers. They’ll explain pre-approval, what lenders look for and government support you may be eligible for in WA like the First Home Owner Grant and Keystart. The help doesn’t stop there, In Reach Finance can then guide you through the paperwork so you’re not doing it alone.

Where can I find land to build right now?

If you don’t have land yet, we can help you find it. Our Residential Land Locator sources vacant blocks for Blueprint Homes’ customers, matching your preferred suburbs or estates with home designs that fit and meet local guidelines. First home builders can also choose a ready-made House & Land package that has been curated by our team of experts.

Managing your monthly finance

Can I build a home spending $2000 - $5000 per month?

Everyone’s financial situation is different. A practical way to work out how much you can borrow and repay is to talk in monthly ranges. When you talk to our finance team, we’ll explain how your income relates to your borrowing power and options for repayments with minimal financial pressure on your day-to-day living.

The InReach Finance team will work alongside you to ensure you’re only borrowing the money you need. With a construction loan you don’t need to borrow the full amount at one time, instead the money is released when construction payments are required. This minimises your interest and repayments costs.
