“My partner and I walked into Luke’s display home in Baldivis had a look around had a talk and left went and talked to a few other people in the display village and leaving those houses with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth we returned to Luke to start planning our future home with him and blueprint as a whole.
Luke put no pressure on us, was helpful and patient with the planning of our home and soon after had started building, even after the sale and contract were signed and finished Luke has been keeping in touch and was always a phone call or email away to answer any questions I threw at him.
I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to build and has no idea where to start or even if you have built before he can help with finding land, planning your home and the most confusing part finance.
Overall very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and most of all genuine.
